With that in mind, you might need a little help putting together your Thanksgiving dinner, or any holiday party. you probably don't want to get the kitchen all hot and humid cooking things like stock. We are here to help. So, it's that time of year again, folks! It's the 3rd annual Funky Buddha beer pairing dinner at Hot & Soul! We are kind of cutting it close, but the dinner will be Tuesday, August 18. Dinner starts at 7, but you are invited to come in any time after 6 to have a pre dinner libation and hang.
Tickets will be $60, tip not included. This year, we will be selling tickets online on eventbrite, or you will also be able to purchase them at the restaurant as well if you are frightened of eventbrite. Please let us know when you purchase your tickets, if you plan on sitting with other guests purchasing separate tickets. And that you probably need to leave work early and have a drink. So, we have just the thing for you! Starting Wednesday, June 24, Sunny Hour 4 to 7! We will be offering our version of happy hour, Tuesday thru Friday, 4 - 7, in the bar. Draft beers will be $4, wines by the glass $5, and sangria & white wine spritzers for $6. We will also offer bar snacks for $4 - $7.

So come on in from the sun and set a spell! ![]() So... we have been waiting for a while to get these beers from Nola Brewing, and they aren't ready for regular distribution, but thanks to Brown and Ryan Fischer... we got these babies in for the first time in SoFla for American Craft Beer Week! Starting Monday we will be running craft beer pairings. We will start with these 4 Nola brews, and then we will change up the pairing as the specials run out. Here's the pairings that we will start Monday! -shrimp remoulade with greens & heirloom tomatoes, paired with Nola rebirth pale ale -snapper almondine with brabant potatoes & creole meuniere sauce paired with Nola hopitoulas IPA -boudin stuffed quail gumbo with house made andouille sausage paired with Nola mecha imperial IPA -beignets with marscapone and caramel, paired with Nola irish channel stout So, plan to come in Monday or Tuesday if you want to try this lineup! ![]() This Thursday we will be participating for the 3rd year in Dining Out For Life. This is a national event that takes place every year. Each participating restaurant pledges to donate a percentage of sales for that night to a local organization. The Broward County chapter is donating the proceeds to Broward House. Broward House has been operating for 25 years to provide services, and in some cases housing for those coping with HIV/AIDS and their families. When some of you plan ahead for what you will do on Valentine's Day, and when most of our guests wait until the last minute to figure out what they want to do! But fear not, we have our Valentine's Day menu ready for you to feast your eyes on! We will be offering the menu for $110 a couple, or $125 with a bottle of our delicious Dibon Cava.
If the four course menu doesn't turn you on, then you can also order off the regular dinner menu! We will be taking reservations for any size party, and we will also be taking credit card numbers to reserve your table. But please, please don't give us a fake credit card number! If you need to cancel, please just call us and tell us that you are not coming! We are a small place, and we want to accommodate as many guests as we can! We will be serving the special menu from 5 - 10, and we will be closing at 10 on New Year's Eve, so that we can go out and ring in the New Year as well.
