So... we have been waiting for a while to get these beers from Nola Brewing, and they aren't ready for regular distribution, but thanks to Brown and Ryan Fischer... we got these babies in for the first time in SoFla for American Craft Beer Week!

Starting Monday we will be running craft beer pairings.  We will start with these 4 Nola brews, and then we will change up the pairing as the specials run out.

Here's the pairings that we will start Monday!

-shrimp remoulade with greens & heirloom tomatoes,

paired with Nola rebirth pale ale

-snapper almondine with brabant potatoes & creole meuniere sauce paired with Nola hopitoulas IPA

-boudin stuffed quail gumbo with house made andouille sausage

paired with Nola mecha imperial IPA

-beignets with marscapone and caramel, paired with Nola irish channel stout

So, plan to come in Monday or Tuesday if you want to try this lineup!
